Return Window & Eligibility

Unused items in original, brand-new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, parts must be unused, uninstalled, free of signs of wear or installation marks, and in their original packaging.

Custom-machined parts, made-to-order items, or items explicitly marked as clearance (e.g., “Workbench Deals”) are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Contact sales@topographicmfg.com with your contact information, order number, and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Packages received without an approved RMA or order identifier cannot be processed.

Return Shipping & Restocking

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.

Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging.
